Nitto Walking Gyaos - Art No. 498-300
This was number three in the "yellow box" series. The Nitto Walking Series Kits are normally identified by their boxes, much like Aurora model kit collectors categorize different kits. The first edition Nitto kits are alternately referred to as the "long box" or "white box" series (1966-1971). Followed by this "yellow box"(1975-1977), the "blue box"(1978-1979) and finally the "red box"(1980) series. In the early eighties, there was one more release. More on that release later.
